Returns  

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product with a valid reason within 24 hours of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Damaged, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance. Please do note that any order purchased from Personal Shopper is not under Moderee responsibility.

How to make a return?

Return the item to our address within 3 days of having received it. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Return shipping cost will depends on the weight and total number of items purchased. Refunds
