We now use Billplz as our payment gateway so that you can shop at our online store hassle and worry free. There are multiple ways to pay for your items, all using Billplz payment gateway ;

Do I need an account to purchase from Moderee?

Account is optional at mymoderee.com. You can shop without creating an account but we do suggest create one so that we can keep you updated with our new items, promotions and future events.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes! We do not disclose your information to other parties except for fulfilling your orders (name, address, email, etc). We will only provide these information which the courier company need to carry out their services.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Sign In to your account and click forgot my password. We will send you an email with your new temporary password.

How do I return goods to you?

Goods sold are not returnable/exchange unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s) such as faulty zip, obvious stains, otherwise it will not be accepted for return. You can return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Goods must be return in its original packaging, with their labels still attached and in a saleable condition.

How to use discount code/voucher? 

You just need to enter the discount code at the payment method section at the check out page. You can only use one promotion code per order.
